All of us here at Bunscoil Chríost Rí were delighted to welcome back past pupil, Kieran McCarthy, as Lord Mayor of Cork. He shared tales of how his interest in history was sparked by his time in our school and paid his thanks to his past teacher, Mr. John Fahy.
He was welcomed by Chloe and then Seán presented him with a framed copy of his old class role book before the school choir lead the school anthem with Ms. O'Kelly.
We are always proud of our past pupils and are delighted to welcome them back.
